Reflection

What has been your most Imaginative piece so far? Why do you think so?

I would have to say the coffee house poster that I have created due to the fact that it's catches your eye to it. Also, I would think so because to me it relates to the club perfectly and fits in with everyone.

What piece required the most Purposeful Exploration (research or versions). Why?

For this area of art I would have to say the Football shirts that I'm making because Mr. Manning wants many different ideas for this. Also I have to look up different high school’s football shirts to get ideas for newer shirts for CG.

What piece is your best Formally?  Which FQ are used and why?

 I would say that my best FQ would have to be the senior shirts. I say this because it has alot of the FQ's such as shapes, lines, color, depth, etc. This is the best one that I can think of because I have made different versions of this shirt and have been really into it. Therefore, I have been dedicated to this project of senior design.

Which piece required the most from you Technically? Why and how?

I would say that for this area it would have to be the coffee house poster. This is because that it had alot of steps to create the coffee cup and the design that went onto the coffee cup. I also got to make it my own company/logo that I thought was pretty cool and got a better understanding of both illustrator and Photoshop.

What goals are you achieving and/or still working on? Why?

I am still working on would have to be a better understanding and simplification of a art project. I say this because with the coffee house poster I was focused on just the coffee side of it and not really at all the musical side of it also. So in which I included music notes to tie the two together. Also with the shirts that I have been doing I am trying to get a better idea of spacing/room on a shirt. That it can't be filled to the max but instead have a little bit of breathing room. With my other posters that I have designed I still am trying to get a better idea of what I need to improve on. 

My Goals For Second Semester are to make three good t-shirts for football. Also another one is to hopefully have more and better ideas before the next art show comes about. Newer tutorials that I will Incorporate into my artwork.

I chose these projects because the top one because I really liked creating it and also to me it really catches my eye. The bottom I didn't like due to the touchy subject and also for me wasn't really my taste in style.
